We sell through Aberdeen Solicitors’ Property Centre. Virtually all properties
in the Aberdeen area are sold through the centre. A "one off" outlay
of £250 covers display in the centre itself and inclusion in
the weekly property register until the property is sold or withdrawn.
The centre's computer systems use internet and web technology. We
have a direct computer link to the system giving access to the centre’s database. This includes the
actual prices achieved for properties sold by all solicitors.

This is optional. In some cases it is worth paying for this. For many properties,
there is no need to incur the expense.
By doing these only for clients whose properties we are selling we can provide
a better service to our clients and give more competitive fee quotes.

let us know. We will arrange with you an appointment to visit you at
your property to take particulars. We will discuss with you the marketing
and viewing arrangements, the timing and asking price, the "For
Sale" signs (window or garden) required and
the photography so that your property is presented at its best in the
schedules. We then draft the main schedule (sale particulars) for your
approval, print a supply for handing/sending to interested parties
and submit details to Aberdeen Solicitors’ Property Centre.
Two to three days allows sufficient time for schedules
to be finalised complete with photographs (weather permitting!) so details can be submitted to the Property Centre and full marketing under way very quickly.
We do not require any payment before we commence marketing
for clients but we do ask clients to reimburse us for the outlays to ASPC and for the photography and prints once we have paid for these items.
As marketing progresses, we keep you advised of noted
interests and recommend the best procedure for maximising the sale including the timing of closing times for offers and keeping you fully informed at all stages.
Once your property is sold, we will attend to all necessary
conveyancing and settlement procedures in a capable and professional
manner - in the way we would like matters handled if we were the clients.
