Once again, from the moment of first contact, we have been amazed at how simple and straightforward you have made the whole process seem. I appreciate that we may have moved slightly more often than the average couple but I can’t help wondering whether this is because dealing with Duthie Ward makes what should be a particularly stressful affair seem more like an everyday event!

Much too late in the day, we are writing to thank you for your excellent work in purchasing our flat in Cromwell Road.  We really do feel that we could not have done it without you.

Your calm, good humour and impeccable advice at every stage of our (unexpectedly eventful) property journey was quite remarkable and we remain deeply appreciative of all your efforts.  What’s more, it was always a pleasure to speak to you.

Now that the dust has settled a little and I have found time to put things into some kind of order I felt that I had to write and convey both my gratitude and thanks, not only to yourself and Richard but also to all of the staff that I have come into contact with.

Over the short time that I have known both yourself and Richard I have come to appreciate the high standard of service that you both reach. Hence it comes as no real surprise to find that the sale of (my property) was dealt with as expected.
