It costs very little and can save a lot of expense and inconvenience later.

In your will you will appoint an executor or executors. If there is no will, there is no executor appointed and a petition must be presented to the court to appoint one. It is tempting to make your will "some other time" but the best time to do it is now.

We charge £100 plus vat for a straightforward will. For two "mirror" wills for a couple the charge is £150 plus vat. Most wills are straightforward and qualify for these fixed charges.

If your circumstances are more complicated, or if inheritance tax planning is required we will advise you in advance.

We will help with any queries and once the draft will is approved we prepare the signing copy. We can send it out to you or you can call at the office here for signing and witnessing, whichever is more convenient for you.
